UPBLAZED Creator Program Terms

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract.
• You need an active channel or audience, for example on YouTube, TikTok or Twitch. We review every application and can decline it without giving a reason.
• You can't join if you sell boosting or carry services, game accounts, cheats or unlock tools yourself.

• You get a personal code. Customers who enter it at checkout get a discount on their order: 10 percent, unless we agree a different rate with you in writing.
• Your personal link (upblazed.com/yourcode) adds your code to the customer's cart automatically. Customers can also enter your code at checkout.
• Your code is yours only. Don't sell it, hand it to other creators or let anyone promote it as their own.

• You earn a commission on every paid order placed with your code. The standard rate is 10 percent. A different rate only applies if we confirm it to you in writing.
• Commission is calculated on the order's list subtotal, before your code discount and any other discounts, and without taxes.
• Custom offers agreed in our chat are priced individually, so your code gives the customer no extra discount there. If the customer names your code in the chat before paying, you earn commission on the offer price, without taxes.
• No commission is due on orders that are refunded, cancelled or charged back, or on orders you place yourself or for accounts you own or control. If we already paid commission on such an order, we deduct it from your next payout.
• Your code doesn't work on your own account or email. Using other details to get around that breaks these terms.
• We may check orders for self-purchases and code misuse, for example by comparing email addresses, accounts and payment details.

• We pay once a month. Each payout covers commission on orders completed at least 30 days earlier, so refunds and cancellations are settled first.
• Commission is calculated and paid in euros (EUR). We pay by PayPal, Wise or USDT, whichever you pick when we approve you.
• The minimum payout is 25 EUR. Smaller amounts roll over to the next month. When your participation ends, we pay out what is left, even if it is below 25 EUR.
• You are responsible for your own taxes. Before we pay you, we may ask for tax details, for example a W-9 or W-8BEN form.
• Ask us at any time for a list of the orders placed with your code.

Make it clear it's an ad:

• Mark every video, stream or post that mentions UPBLAZED as an ad. Say it out loud in videos, write “#ad” or “Sponsored” where people see it without tapping “more”, and turn on the platform's built-in label for paid promotions where there is one. This applies even if you only earn commission.

Be honest about boosting:

• Activision's rules count boosting as a violation, and penalties apply to the account no matter who played. So never tell your audience that boosting is safe, allowed, ban-free, risk-free or undetectable, and never promise results we don't offer.
• Describe our services the way our product pages do. Piloted boosts are hand-played by a verified pro and need the customer's login (on PS5 they can use PlayStation QR sign-in instead). In bot lobbies the customer plays on their own account.
• Don't claim or suggest that UPBLAZED is affiliated with, approved or endorsed by Activision, Rockstar, Sony, Microsoft or any other publisher or platform.
• Don't use our name or logo in a way that makes your channel look like an official UPBLAZED account.

Keep it clean:

• No search ads on “UPBLAZED”, “upblazed.com” or misspellings of them, and no ads that use our name, on Google, Bing or anywhere else.
• No paid ads that send people to upblazed.com unless we approve them in writing first.
• Don't post your code on coupon, voucher, deal or cashback sites, in browser extensions or on code-sharing forums. Codes that show up there can be switched off.
• No spam: no unsolicited DMs or mass messages, and don't drop your code in other people's comment sections, chats or Discord servers.
• Don't offer viewers money, free items or discounts for reviewing UPBLAZED, and never post fake reviews.
• Don't put your code in content that sells or shows cheats, hacks, aimbots or modded lobbies.

We only use your videos, clips or posts in our own ads if you agree to it in writing, and only for the period we agree.

• You or we can end your participation at any time by email.
• If you break these terms, we can switch off your code straight away and withhold commission on orders connected to the breach.
• Commission earned correctly before the end is paid out under section 4.

We may update these terms. We'll email you at least 14 days before a change takes effect. A new commission rate only applies to orders placed after the change.

• You promote UPBLAZED as an independent creator, not as our employee, agent or business associate, and you can't make promises on our behalf.
• We handle your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
• These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, like our Terms of Service.
