Terms of Service

Last updated July 2026

1. Who we are & scope

This website is operated by Upblazed LLC (EIN 00-0000000), 30 N. Gould Street, Suite R Sheridan, WY 82801 USA (“UPBLAZED”, “we”, “us”). UPBLAZED operates an online marketplace that connects Buyers (customers ordering Call of Duty boosting and coaching services) with independent Sellers (verified boosters). By accessing or placing an order you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund & Chargeback Policy and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and able to form a binding contract. If you order on behalf of someone else, you are responsible for their compliance with these Terms. You are responsible for reading the rules of the games you play; account boosting may conflict with a game publisher's terms, and you accept that risk when you order.

3. Definitions

Buyer — a user who places an order. Seller — an approved, independent provider who fulfils orders. Order — a purchase of a service via the platform. Payment hold — the state in which the Buyer's payment is retained by the platform until the order is confirmed or released. PlatformUPBLAZED.

4. The marketplace & the parties

UPBLAZED is an intermediary platform: it facilitates orders, communication and payment handling between Buyers and Sellers. Except where expressly stated, UPBLAZED is not itself the provider of the boosting service — the contractual service is provided by the independent Seller assigned to your order.

5. Buyer rights & obligations

As a Buyer you agree to provide accurate order information, cooperate with the assigned Seller through the order chat, and review completed work promptly. When a Seller marks an order complete, you may confirm receipt (releasing payment) or report a problem (opening a dispute). If you take no action within the confirmation window, payment may be auto-released to the Seller. You must not file fraudulent chargebacks or abuse the dispute process — see the Refund & Chargeback Policy.

6. Seller rights & obligations

Sellers are independent providers, not employees or agents of UPBLAZED. As a Seller you agree to: complete identity verification (KYC) before receiving orders; deliver the ordered service as described; attach proof of completion where required; and communicate through the order chat. Sellers are solely responsible for their own tax and VAT obligations arising from the services they provide, in their own jurisdiction. UPBLAZED is not responsible for withholding, reporting or remitting any Seller's taxes.

7. Seller verification (KYC)

To become a Seller you must complete identity verification, including submitting identity documents. These are processed and stored securely as described in our Privacy Policy. UPBLAZED may approve, suspend or ban Seller accounts at its discretion, including for failed verification, policy breaches or disputes.

8. Orders, payment protection & release of funds

When a Buyer pays for an order, the payment enters a held / payment-protected state — it is retained by the platform and is not yet the Seller's money. Funds are released to the Seller (net of the platform commission) only when the Buyer confirms the order as received, when the auto-release window elapses without a dispute, or when UPBLAZED resolves a dispute in the Seller's favour. Until release, an order may be refunded or split as described in the Refund & Chargeback Policy.

9. Pricing, payments & payouts

Prices are shown in your selected currency; the base price is in EUR and other currencies are converted at our current rate. Applicable taxes are shown at checkout. UPBLAZED charges Sellers a commission, deducted from the order value; the remainder is the Seller's payout. Where a payment method that cannot be reversed is used (for example crypto), an optional discount may apply — it does not change your rights under the Refund & Chargeback Policy for undelivered work.

10. Right of withdrawal (EU/UK consumers) & digital services

Our services are performed manually and typically begin shortly after your order. Where you are a consumer with a statutory right of withdrawal, by placing the order and asking us to begin you request that performance start during the withdrawal period and acknowledge that, once the service is fully performed, the right of withdrawal is lost. Before performance begins, or for the portion not yet performed, refunds are handled under the Refund & Chargeback Policy. Nothing here removes mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived under your local law.

11. Account security

For piloted services a Buyer provides temporary account access at their own discretion. Boosts run manually, hand-played, in offline / appear-offline mode through a region-matched VPN, with no cheats, scripts or unlock tools. We use these protective measures but cannot guarantee against publisher action. Change your password after completion. Neither UPBLAZED nor a Seller will ask for unrelated personal or financial credentials.

12. Acceptable use & conduct

You agree not to abuse the service, circumvent the platform to avoid commission, harass other users or staff, submit false information, or file fraudulent chargebacks. UPBLAZED may refuse, cancel, suspend or ban accounts and orders that breach these Terms.

13. Intellectual property

The UPBLAZED name, logo, site design, text and graphics are owned by Upblazed LLC or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission. Game names and trademarks belong to their respective owners;UPBLAZED is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any game publisher.

14. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

UPBLAZED provides the marketplace “as is” and acts only as an intermediary. To the maximum extent permitted by law, UPBLAZED is not liable for the acts or omissions of Buyers or Sellers, for indirect or consequential damages, or for publisher actions on any account. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

15. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at Upblazed LLC's place of registration, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer-protection law of your country of residence applies. We aim to resolve any issue directly first — please contact us before taking any other step.

16. Changes & contact

UPBLAZED may update these Terms; the current version is always available on this page, and material changes take effect when posted. Questions? Join our Discord or email info@upblazed.com.
