Booster Agreement

This Agreement governs your work as a booster for UPBLAZED LLC. UPBLAZED LLC sells every order to the customer in its own name and is the customer's contracting party. You deliver those orders for UPBLAZED LLC as an independent contractor. You have no contract with the customer, the customer owes you nothing, and you never invoice or collect from the customer. It applies in addition to our Terms of Service. By applying for or accepting orders you agree to these terms.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. Before settlement you must complete our identity verification (KYC). You represent that you are not located in, and not a national or resident of, any country or on any list subject to comprehensive sanctions, and that you are not a Specially Designated National. We may refuse, suspend or remove any booster to comply with sanctions and applicable law.

You act as an independent contractor, not an employee, partner or agent of UPBLAZED. Nothing here creates an employment or joint-venture relationship. You are responsible for your own taxes, social contributions and income reporting in your jurisdiction, on the fees UPBLAZED LLC pays you. Tax on the sale to the customer is UPBLAZED LLC's own matter, not yours.

You complete each order as UPBLAZED LLC describes it, within the agreed timeframe. No cheats, hacks, bots, exploits or unauthorized third-party software, except where a product is explicitly sold as a tool-based service and UPBLAZED LLC tells you so. You keep the customer updated through the order chat, submit proof of completion when requested, and treat all customer information (including any game-account access) as strictly confidential, using it only to fulfil the order and deleting or returning it afterwards. You keep to the spec and the deadline UPBLAZED LLC sets for each order, and you never agree terms, prices or refunds with a customer yourself. How you play the order is your own work.

You may not: take payment from a customer directly or arrange work off the site; solicit customers off the site; misrepresent your services; share, sell or retain customer data; or engage in fraud, harassment or any illegal activity. Taking work off the site and fraud are grounds for immediate removal and for withholding settlement.

UPBLAZED LLC collects the customer's payment as its own revenue and pays you separately for the work you deliver, at the rate or share agreed with you, using the payout method agreed with you. Settlement is UPBLAZED LLC's own obligation to you, never a payout of the customer's money, and the customer never pays you. It follows delivery and the warranty window agreed with you, and we may delay or reduce it where an order is refunded, charged back, or under investigation for a policy breach. We always tell you the reason.

If a customer receives a refund or a chargeback for an order you delivered, the corresponding amount may be deducted from your settlement or future settlements, in line with our Refund & Chargeback Policy, except where the loss results solely from UPBLAZED LLC's error.

You grant UPBLAZED LLC a non-exclusive licence to use content you submit (such as profile details or completion proof) to run the service and to evidence delivery to the customer. You confirm you have the rights to any content you upload and will not infringe the rights of others. See our DMCA & Copyright Policy.

Breaches (late or failed delivery, cancellations after the deadline, taking work off the site, fraud, or account-risk methods) may result in warnings, deductions from settlement, suspension, or permanent removal. We will cooperate with law enforcement where required.

Either party may end this arrangement with notice; obligations relating to confidentiality, settlement reconciliation, IP and liability survive termination.
