Seller Agreement

This Seller Agreement governs your participation as a Seller (booster) on the UPBLAZED marketplace operated by UPBLAZED LLC. It applies in addition to our Terms of Service. By applying for or accepting orders you agree to these terms.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. Before payout you must complete our identity verification (KYC). You represent that you are not located in, and not a national or resident of, any country or on any list subject to comprehensive sanctions, and that you are not a Specially Designated National. We may refuse, suspend or remove any Seller to comply with sanctions and applicable law.

You act as an independent contractor, not an employee, partner or agent of UPBLAZED. Nothing here creates an employment or joint-venture relationship. You are solely responsible for your own taxes, social contributions and for reporting your income in your jurisdiction.

You must complete each order as described, within the agreed timeframe, using account-safe methods only. No cheats, hacks, bots, exploits or unauthorized third-party software. You keep the Buyer updated through the order chat, submit proof of completion when requested, and treat all Buyer information (including any game-account access) as strictly confidential, using it only to fulfil the order and deleting or returning it afterwards.

You may not: take payment or arrange orders outside the platform (circumvention); solicit Buyers off platform; misrepresent your services; share, sell or retain Buyer data; or engage in fraud, harassment or any illegal activity. Circumvention and fraud are grounds for immediate removal and withholding of settlement.

UPBLAZED collects the Buyer's payment and pays Sellers separately. Your settlement is your agreed share after UPBLAZED's commission, and is paid out only after the order is completed and any Buyer-confirmation or hold period has passed, using the payout method agreed with you. We may delay or withhold a payout where an order is disputed, refunded, charged back, or under investigation for a policy breach.

If a Buyer receives a refund or a chargeback for an order you fulfilled, the corresponding amount may be deducted from your settlement or future payouts, in line with our Refund & Chargeback Policy, except where the loss results solely from UPBLAZED's error.

You grant UPBLAZED a non-exclusive licence to use content you submit (such as profile details or completion proof) to operate the marketplace. You confirm you have the rights to any content you upload and will not infringe the rights of others. See our DMCA & Copyright Policy.

Breaches (late or failed delivery, cancellations after the deadline, circumvention, fraud, or account-risk methods) may result in warnings, fines deducted from settlement, suspension, or permanent removal. We will cooperate with law enforcement where required.

Either party may end this arrangement with notice; obligations relating to confidentiality, payment reconciliation, IP and liability survive termination. This Agreement is governed by the laws applicable to UPBLAZED LLC as stated in our Terms of Service. Questions: info@upblazed.com.
