To fulfil orders we collect what you provide at checkout: your name, email, Discord username, billing country (for tax), order details and any notes. If you create an account we store your email and a hashed password, or your Discord ID when you sign in with Discord. We also store your store-credit balance and order history. When you contact support or use order/live chat we keep those messages.

If you apply to become a Seller, we additionally collect identity-verification data — a photo of an identity document and a selfie — with a tax-status declaration and contact details. This is sensitive personal data: identity documents are encrypted at rest, accessible only to authorised administrators for verification, never shown publicly or to other users, and never included in web addresses. We retain them only as long as needed for verification, fraud prevention and legal obligations, then delete them (or on a valid deletion request, subject to law).

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and remember preferences (currency, theme, language, cookie choice). With your consent, we also use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used (pages viewed, approximate location, device) so we can improve it — these analytics cookies load only after you accept them in the cookie banner, and you can change your choice at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer. We process your data to: perform your order and our contract with you (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR); comply with legal and accounting obligations (Art. 6(1)(c)); pursue our legitimate interests in fraud prevention, security and improving the service (Art. 6(1)(f)); and, where required, on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) — for analytics cookies and any marketing. We do not sell your personal data.

We share the minimum order details with the assigned Seller (booster) or staff handling your order. We use trusted service providers who process data on our behalf under contract, including: hosting/infrastructure; email delivery (Resend); analytics (Google, with consent); and login/community (Discord). Seller identity documents are never shared with Buyers or other Sellers. We disclose information if required by law.

UPBLAZED and some of our providers operate in or transfer data to countries outside the EEA/UK, including the United States. Where that happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent adequacy mechanism) to protect your data.

We keep account, order and payout records for as long as needed for support, accounting and legal obligations, then delete or anonymise them. KYC documents follow the shorter retention in Section 3. Analytics data is retained per our Google Analytics configuration.

Depending on where you live, you have the right to access, correct, delete, port, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time (without affecting prior processing). EU/EEA and UK users may also lodge a complaint with their supervisory authority. California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including to know and to delete, and we do not sell personal information. We use technical and organisational measures — encryption of sensitive documents, access controls and secure hosting — to protect your data, though no method is 100% secure. The service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
