What is the tactical nuke in MW4?

Most killstreak rewards pay off a good game. The nuke pays off a perfect stretch of one. You need 30 kills in a row without dying. Die once and the count starts over. Only kills you get yourself count toward it, with your guns, equipment and field upgrade, so kills from your other killstreaks don't help.
