About this service
DMZ key farming means a verified pro runs the original DMZ from Modern Warfare II to collect the keys you name and extract with them, so they stay in your inventory for the next deployment. Order one key a mission is waiting on or a whole stockpile, played on your account or with you in the squad.
How keys work in MW2 DMZ
Keys open the locked rooms, buildings and stashes that hold the good loot, and plenty of faction missions send you to one specific locked door. They drop at random from looting and from enemies, and a key only stays yours if you exfil with it. Die with it in your backpack and it is gone. That is why key hunting eats evenings: the drop is RNG, and the exfil can still take it away.
Which keys we farm
| Key type | Where it comes from | How we handle it |
|---|---|---|
| Location keys (rooms, buildings, stashes) | Random drops from loot and enemies | Farmed, extracted and banked on your account |
| Stronghold keycard | Random drops, and it can't be exfilled | Used in the same raid when you order a Stronghold cleared |
| Black Site keycard | Clearing a Stronghold | Part of a Stronghold and Black Site run, scoped in your order chat |
So if you want a stack of Stronghold keycards waiting in your inventory, that is not how the game works, and we say so before you pay. What we can do is clear the Stronghold for you in one run.
Single key or bulk stockpile
A single key for a mission step is usually a short job. Bulk orders are where key farming saves the most time: the pro plans them as a run of sessions, routes through the areas that drop what you need, and logs each key in your order chat as it gets banked. Common keys come quickly. Rarer ones take more runs, and your pro tells you how many sessions to expect before starting.
When you don't need this
If the key you are after is a common drop in an area you already farm, keep playing, it will turn up. Key farming makes sense for the rare key a mission is stuck on, for a stockpile before a long mission tier, or when your squad keeps losing the key on the way out.
How it is played
Piloted: a verified pro plays with your login, on PC in appear-offline mode through a VPN matched to your region. Rather not share your login? On PS5 you can use PlayStation QR sign-in instead. Self-play: you deploy with our pros, they clear the way, and you carry the keys out yourself. Hand-played, no cheats, macros or tools, and covered by our money-back guarantee.
Where keys fit in your DMZ grind
Keys are rarely the end goal. They open mission steps, which is where the DMZ missions boost comes in, they open the rooms on a DMZ weapon case run, and the missions they unlock build your DMZ faction rep. Every DMZ service, legacy and MW4, is listed on the DMZ boosting page.
How it works
List your keys
Pick your platform, piloted or self-play and any extras, then list the keys, or the Stronghold run, you want in your order chat.
We plan the routes
A verified pro maps the areas that drop your keys and confirms a realistic turnaround, with an honest note on the rare ones.
Farmed and extracted
Piloted on your account (PC in appear-offline mode through a region-matched VPN, PS5 QR sign-in if you prefer) or self-play in our squad. Every key has to make the exfil.
Check your inventory
Each banked key is logged in your order chat. If the order isn't delivered as described, you get your money back.
FAQ
What is DMZ key farming?
DMZ key farming is a verified pro running the original DMZ from Modern Warfare II to collect the keys you want and extract with them, so they stay in your inventory. You pick the keys, from a single one a mission needs to a bulk stockpile, and the pro plays the runs on your account or with you in the squad.
Can you keep keys in DMZ after you exfil?
Yes, regular location keys stay in your inventory if you extract with them, and you lose them if you die holding them. Stronghold keycards are the exception: they only work in the raid you find them in and cannot be exfilled. That is why we bank location keys on your account and clear Strongholds within a single run.
Which DMZ keys can you farm?
Any location key that currently drops in the original DMZ, from common building keys to the rare ones missions ask for. Stronghold and Black Site runs are handled inside one raid, since those keycards cannot be banked. Tell us the exact key names in your order chat and the pro plans the routes around them.
Can I get banned for DMZ key farming?
Honest answer: Activision's rules count boosting as a violation, and any penalty applies to the account no matter who played, so no shop can promise your account is safe. We keep every boost hand-played by a verified pro with no cheats, tools or bots, and if your order isn't delivered as described, you get your money back. Piloted orders use your login, with PC in appear-offline mode through a region-matched VPN, or PlayStation QR sign-in on PS5 instead. Self-play needs no account access.
How long does DMZ key farming take?
It depends on the drop rate of the key and how many you want. Common keys come in quickly, rarer ones take more runs, and a bulk stockpile is planned as a series of sessions. Your pro confirms a realistic timeline in the order chat before starting, and every banked key is logged there as it happens.
Can you farm the keys a specific mission needs?
Yes. Tell us the mission and we farm exactly the keys it calls for. If you would rather have the whole mission done, including using the key and making the exfil, that is the DMZ missions boost, and key farming can go into the same order when a mission is gated behind a locked room.
Can I order keys in bulk?
Yes, and bulk is where key farming saves the most time. Larger stockpiles are planned as a run of sessions, routed through the areas that drop what you need, and tracked key by key in your order chat. Key farming is priced per key, and bulk scope and turnaround are confirmed before the pro starts.
Do I keep what gets looted with the keys?
Yes. If your order includes opening rooms, everything the pro loots from them stays on your account, and so does anything picked up on the way to the exfil. Nothing is moved off your account. On self-play you carry the loot yourself, so it is yours from the moment you grab it.
Does DMZ key farming work for MW4 DMZ?
No, this service is for the original DMZ from Modern Warfare II. The new DMZ in Modern Warfare 4 launches on October 23, 2026 in Hajin, with its own loot and systems. For MW4 the closest products are MW4 DMZ cash and MW4 DMZ crafting, both sold separately as pre-orders.
