An MW4 Mercurial camo boost puts Mercurial Drift, one of the three Multiplayer mastery camos in Modern Warfare 4, on the guns you choose. A verified pro plays the camo challenges on your account by hand, you only pay for the progress that's left, and pre-orders start when MW4 launches on October 23, 2026.

What is Mercurial Drift in MW4?

Mercurial Drift is the only brand-new name on the Multiplayer side. Its two siblings, Polyatomic Reforged and Orion Reforged, are reworked names from MW2 (2022). Mercurial Drift has no older version, so there's no previous grind anyone can point to. The name goes back to mercury, the liquid metal also called quicksilver, and mercurial is the word for something quick and hard to pin down.

One camo, the Multiplayer set or every mode?

What it takes to unlock Mercurial Drift

Not announced. The reveal gave us the name and the Multiplayer slot, nothing else. No challenge list, and no word on whether Mercurial Drift is the first, middle or top camo of the three. Anyone printing exact requirements today is guessing. When the challenges go live, your booster confirms the target and a realistic timeline in your order chat. Who orders Mercurial Drift

Mostly players who live in Multiplayer. If you never drop into Warzone or DMZ, their camo challenges are a grind you'd never touch anyway, and the Multiplayer set is the one that matters to you. Some want it on one favourite gun, some on the class they main, some on every weapon. Each of those is a single order.

Boost it or grind it yourself?

If you play Multiplayer daily and like chasing challenges, grind it yourself and log your progress in the free MW4 camo tracker. Hand it off when the challenges force you onto guns you hate, or when work and life eat your playtime. Already part-way? The progress discount skips what you've done.

What's in the order and what isn't

• Included: Mercurial Drift on the guns you pick, plus every weapon level, attachment and lower camo the grind earns on the way.
• Not included: guns added in later seasons, unless you add the Include seasonal weapons extra, and store-bundle camos, which only come from the in-game store.
• Not a leveling order: camos are challenge-based, not level-based, so the camo can be done before a gun hits max level.

Platforms and sign-in

Pick Battle.net, Steam, PlayStation 5 or Xbox Series X|S in the configurator. It's piloted: a verified pro plays with the login you share on your order page, on PC in offline or appear-offline mode through a VPN matched to your region. On PS5 you can use PlayStation QR sign-in instead. Every gun is hand-played with no cheats, tools or bots, progress comes in gun by gun, and if the order isn't delivered as described, you get your money back.
